Summary

Recent advances in genetics and medical imaging mean that in the space of a few short years the fœtus has almost become a patient in its own right. This extraordinary leap forward, which has enormous scientific, medical, legal, economic and, above all, human and ethical consequences, is giving rise to unprecedented consternation in the medical world and among future parents. Our film will attempt to explore this important issue.
